All deliveries are discreetly packaged. Every order is packaged in opaque wrappers with no identifying information. No one but you knows what the package contains. You can have it delivered anywhere you choose – at home, at work, or elsewhere.

You are welcome to contact us via our Contact page. We are more than happy to help you select the products suitable to you.

You can have your order delivered by a courier service within 3 business days or by registered mail to the post office nearest your home within 7 business days. Alternately, you can pick your order up at our shop in Efrat. Delivery of underwear – within 14 business days.

Delivery is free of charge when you buy NIS 300 or more worth of products and when you pick up the order from the shop. Delivery to your residence or workplace by courier service costs NIS 40, while delivery by registered mail costs NIS 20.

We promise to deliver your order within 3-14 business days (depending on the delivery method selected) from the time the order is authorized.

Products are delivered either by Israel Post or by a courier company. Orders shipped via Israel Post will be delivered on the Israel Post schedule and will depend on its standard quality and service terms.

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Payment is completely secure.

If the products are unused, contact us with our Contact page, return the package intact after receiving authorization for the order’s cancellation. We will then provide a monetary refund for the items returned in accordance with the conditions listed in our Terms of Service.

After returning products, you can choose to exchange them for other products or receive your money back. The item must be returned unused in the original unopened and undamaged packaging.
